Please Have The Following Information Ready:

• Your business name and contact name along with your phone number (preferably a direct line or mobile number).
• Juicer model number and serial number (located in back of your machine).
• A photo or video can help us troubleshoot an issue more quickly.
• There is no charge for warranty issues during your warranty coverage period. Operator error or improper use will incur a charge. Most of the time, we can provide and estimate before we send a technician to your location.
